Having taken its first step in the energy sector as a small family-owned business in 1977 with Ragıp YILMAZ, DETSA Trafo steadily continues its growth through its investments from past to present. Such that our staff formed by experts of metal processing and assembly has become a company that has been preferred by leading transformer producers in the market for many years.
Early days
The construction products, which we manufactured in the early days of the growth process and which did not have dense technology, have been replaced in recent years by transformer and tank accessories that are subject to cutting-edge technology test and calibration controls and to highly precise manufacturing procedures and that constitute an important complementary production stage in the transformer sector.
Long-lasting success
Based on the confidence that we are able to speak the same language with the energy sector where we have satisfied metal construction requests for many years, we are able to provide service with capacities above the sector’s average in the individual production lines for machining, assembly, welding, sandblasting, painting, disassembly, and reassembly stages starting from the pretreatments of crude metals in the production of metal components that we manufacture with the quality and qualifications needed by this sector.

As DETSA Family, we have utilized the synergy, which we have had by combining our sincere relationships with our company partners, managers, employees, and customers with a professional perspective, in carrying DETSA Trafo that employs more than 100 persons, manufactures in an indoor area of 6,000 m², and has all necessary ISO quality certificates to these days…
We have taken steps toward targets
Following the participation of Mr. Serhat ÖZ, the Member of the Board of Directors and Company Manager, in DETSA Family in 2014, the company set the course for bigger goals and took confident and brave steps toward these goals.
Having utilized the commerce and management experience, which he had in European countries for many years, in carrying DETSA Family to these days, Serhat ÖZ enriches his staff by setting high goals for the future and directs the high energy of the Anatolian geography to be able to have larger shares in the energy sector.

The sector where we carry out activities has a competitive environment having specific characteristics. Qualified technical staff and management personnel, as well as know-how that finds itself in the manufacturing culture of the company, constitute the most important competitive advantages in this sector. In our sector, the price advantage has always been the second competition element for both our customers and competitors. As DETSA, we follow up the production technology, which is renewed each passing day around the world, and the energy sector, which is highly dynamic, with simultaneous development attacks and satisfy their requirements. Such that our R&D department, which has carried out its activities in our company since 2014, has made quite critical contributions to the manufacturing processes of our company in the fields of welding monitoring, precise turning, CNC programming, laser cut, etc. through the collaborations with MARKA, TÜBİTAK, and KOSGEB and the support of the expert staff of engineers.
